Do you have a storefront I can visit in person?
Yes! We are located just inside the entrance to the Museum of Craft and Design, located at 2569 3rd St. (@ 22nd St.), San Francisco.

How will my purchases be shipped to me, and how long will they take to arrive?
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Wednesday through Saturday. From the time your order is shipped, it will take 2-4 days to arrive.
What is your return policy?
In order for your return to be processed, you must email store@sfmcd.org with "Merchandise Return" in the subject line. In the body of the email, please state your name and order number, along with the reason you are returning the merchandise and whether you'd prefer an exchange or a store credit. Merchandise can be mailed back to us at 2569 3rd St., San Francisco CA 94107. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the date you received the original package. No returns will be accepted on sale items. Merchandise purchased in our bricks and motor Museum Store can be returned for a store credit within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Thank you.
